I have the latest iOS installed and I am struggling to delete a used ticket in my Wallet - I have followed the instructions (tap the pass I want to remove) however all that happens when I tap it is that it goes back to the list of cards in my Wallet. If I click on the 'i' to the bottom right it displays the ticket details but still no option to remove the ticket. The ticket has expired and I have set the Wallet to hipe expired tickets too.
This is annoying me and is spoiling my morning! Can anyone help please?
EDIT: Ignore - after fiddling for gawd knows how long I have worked it out. What a stupidly unintuitive UX (I normally access the Wallet by double-clicking the side button but to *EDIT* the tickets, I have to open the app from the Home screen. How bloody stupid).
If you tap on it do you not get a circle with 3 dots?
If you do, the option to remove it should be in there - it certainly is on mine.
I'd say it's fairly obvious that double-clicking the side button puts you into some kind of "read only" mode (unless you've never opened the Wallet app!) as it looks totally different/way more stripped down than said app. 🤷♂️ I understand you're frustrated & lashing out tho 😃What a stupidly unintuitive UX (I normally access the Wallet by double-clicking the side button but to *EDIT* the tickets, I have to open the app from the Home screen. Yeah probably - I don't really use Wallet that much so not completely familiar with it. Anyway, I know now.

Exactly, because that’s how you use Apple Pay or any transactions like buying something in a shop, an ebook, or an album/song in Music, or use your bank card on a bus or train. Or access the tickets in your Wallet, so you need the deletion process to be completely different to avoid accidentally deleting the ticket you’re about to use.
Getting tickets into the Wallet can be just as much of an issue, especially if it’s via Ticketmaster for a venue who also have their own ticket retail system, and apps, like The O2, or The Roundhouse… 😖😤🤬
With both of those, I ended up getting a proper paper ticket printed out by nice people in the box office. 🙄
click on the actual app rather than double tap to get up he wallet, i deleted some 2 years train tickets the other day and a 1 year old giftvoucher

Yeah I get that now, but I suppose it wouldn't harm to have some way of accessing the app itself via the side-button such as pressing and holding on a ticket to open up editing options.

They need to justify their over-pricing of tickets somehow!

This is true - we went to the cinema on Sunday (Cineworld) and it was a single click to add the ticket to the wallet. Just bought tickets at the Odeon for this weekend and I can't even find a way of adding them. I can share the booking with a friend and I can add to my calendar, but I can't find a way of adding to the Wallet.
