yes, it's old, and not trendy. But I have been using a yahoo account for years with POP forwarding from another email account.
now I want to make some changes but can't seem to find out how to stop the POP forwarding. Yahoo no longer support it (using IMAP instead).
but the forward is still happening. I want it to stop.
So i tried to contact yahoo for help: I have been unable to do this! Anyone know how I can actually contact them? From the uk.
i can only find international numbers or live chat that seems work only in US or Canada, their FAQ doesn't cover it and their automated 'Contact us' is just a series of blind alleys that don't allow me to access anything about POP (other than not to use it and to use IMAP instead). Except that I am already using it.
any ideas or help?
