Mine was metric, although now wondering what metric years really looks like.

OP you could lose perhaps five kilos and still be a healthy weight, I lost a few when racing seriously and everyone thought I looked Ill. BMI sub 22 is fine. Sub 20 is not.

@ the OP.

I'm going to go out on a contentious limb here and say that whilst you could maybe loose a few kg not too many.

My numbers are roughly the same. 43, 1.82 and 75kg. I've been trying to put on muscle for a couple of years and it's a struggle. Most friends or colleagues would still describe me as lean if they were being polite and scrawny or worse if they weren't.

As Tired alludes to it can go too far. My "racing weight" was closer to 72kg and then people would occasionally enquire as to my overall health.....

I think Chris Boardman said there's a fine line between anorexia and king of the mountains..

ElShalimo - your comment reminded me of this.

Personally I rather like mixing units, it’s something I’ve been actively working on in recent years. I view it as akin to being bilingual.

Jealous of some of those numbers, I crept up to 90kg this winter and am battling to get back down to 85kg.

Have never seen lower than 84kg on the scales.

Thing is I *look* lean at the moment, so not sure where the extra mass is! So long as I maintain my weekend beer and crisp habit I probably have no right to wonder though 🙄

39, 183cm, currently 86.5kg.

That doesn't work for petrol/diesel. We may put litres in at the pump but we still measure in mpg.

Us Brits are weird in that we mix our units but don't fully understand either system. The US are also weird with their smaller pints/gallons and Fahrenheit.

Anyway for the data scientists following this thread.

Age 606 months

Height 186cm

Weight 92kg (very relaxed geo) I used to be about 83kg but  I've been plagued by MSK issues for the last 15 years. I don't eat or drink as much nowadays but it's hard to drop weight when exercise requires using worn out knees/back/shoulder.

Stats aren't shaping up too well! Looks like the average is a portly 50 YO with a catalogue of injuries.

I'm cats cock hair off of being 60. At 6,1 I had swelled to 95kg during lockdown now back at 82 which my chums describe as "gaunt" :o)

Am I signing up to a Logans Run type of termination here? I think this is some sort of covert overthrow being orchestrated by gravel riders who as we know are mostly failed roadies.

You've been warned! They walk amongst us :o)

Was at 85kg until late last year, thanks to WFH and not riding much.

I'm be classed as skinny, but 9 years ago I was at 70kg! I still have some fat to loose so will aim for 77/78kg.

No such thing as big boned but I've always been heavy for my size. When I've been in hospital and they weigh me they ask if I have lead weights in my pockets.

I'd like to be 80kg and I could probably do it if I ate a bit better. But I do some weights to maintain a bit of muscle mass and I tell myself I should eat to fuel that process!

I'm reasonably happy at the moment.

Far too heavy at 105kgs and really feeling it at the moment, I've always been heavy though with a naturally muscular frame*.  I've got a gut but not that fat 36" waist 46" chest 17 collar, huge thighs and calfs....last year was an excercise write off and I'm slowley starting to get back into stuff. Would love to get down into the 80kgs....

*not a humble brag, i'd love to be slimmer.
