Used to be my opinion also. But after his sterling effort swimming the Thames I now think he is a top bloke.

When he co wrote Little Britain, he opened up a lot of so called stereo types, the Vicky Pollard, the incontinment lady, the disable couple Lou and andy, Dafydd, and lots more, he got people talking and we watched.

Then he switched to raising funds for charity, and now is on a popular talent show, trying to help and mentor new talent, and having a laugh along the way.

Wow, that's really viewing his efforts through the rosiest tinted glasses possible.

Strange that Ton, when he was acting stereotypicaly and now he is in real life.

Cruzeheckler, and what facial or other mannerisnmms make him a perv, just so if we meet i can tick the relevant boxes or not. 🙂

Little Britain got boring real quick.

I find him quite amusing when he doesn't have a script. If he's a judge on BGT then I guess he has to have an opinion on all the acts. Are you really saying that you value Simon Cowell and Alesha Dixon's opinions on the music acts?

But your mate Dave is, well just Dave!
I think he's a thoroughly nice chap ( the other Dave that is) and seems pretty intelligent to me!

muggomaniac - of course simon cowell can have an opinion thats valid, he is in the music industry and successful, walliams isn't (neither is ****ing Holden either)

Does this mean you can only have an opinion if you have first hand experience of something'

David Walliams is entitled to an opinion. I think the types of music Simon Cowell is responsible for make him completely unqualified to judge musical talent, he only wants acts that he can make a shit load of cash from. He'd rather have a load of Beiber lookalikes backed up by auto tune than someone that has real talent on his books.

That's pretty ironic coming from someone one who can't even find their arse without asking the advice of lots of strangers on an internet forum.

Yes. This is why the OP is qualified to call Mr Walliams a knob.

I thought Britains Got Talent was a TALENT show not predominantly a music show.
Quite like Mr Walliams ,never really cared for Amanda Holden though.

He may well be a knob, but then so am I and I've been a colossal helmet at several vital junctures in these 38 years. I'd still buy him a pint, which is more than I'd do for Cowell, Morgan or Contostavlos etc.
