The electric kind.
I have an old radiogram that makes a nice thunk when turned on.
So... about 3?
My Audio Incinerations amp has 7. That has a nice woomph too.
None but used to help my dad change them in TVs as a kid when he was a TV repairman.
3: 2 x 12ax7 and 1x el84
Just one 12AX7.Used to have 5 12AX7s and I think 4 6L6s in my Trace head and another 2 12AX7s in my V Twin but that was all fairly ridiculous considering I'm shit at guitarring, so now just the onei in a vox valvestate.
Does my nixie clock count - that would be 6.
There's a couple on the central heating...
One, she has one.
Oh - VALVES..?
Lots in the Messa Boogie... quite a few more in the Peavy... a few in the Blackstar... and I even have a Fatman amp somewhere with a few more in.
So quite a lot I would think!
Got my Marshall super bass at home at the moment. Think it has 8.
That'd be 5 in the fender hrdlx, 3 in the black star, 2in the english muffin, 3 in the fatman and 2 up me wiggler. That's 15 + spares. Do I win?
This is singletrack...
Someone will be along who collects something with 50000 of the things
None whatsoever in my house, however I did once work at a factory that made valves during the 2nd WW, I also remember learning the cathode auto bias spiel for my part two electrical engineering training in the RN and went on to never ever work on any valve equipment.
3 in a Fender Champ Red Knob.
1 in a Zoom Rackmount Multieffects.
Hi-fi is strictly solid state.
2 in a Fender Champ reissue.
1 in a Vox Valvetronix.

Same here. They're definitely the electric kind as I've replaced microswitches in one of them.
I have 4 I believe - in a hughes & kettner 20th Anniversary combo. I don't have any electric guitars anymore. Maybe I'll sell it some day...
My old Dad has a loft full literally hundreds in case he ever needed one for his old valve radios.
4 x ecc83 & 2 EL84 & 8 honeywell TRV
However many is in a tiny terror
There be 2x JCM800, a JMP-1 and a JFX-1 in the house.
Trannies for the bass.
Three. Two of them doing the pre-amp bit in a Samsung soundbar and the third in an old radio I restored.
2x 3-500z in my TL-922 HF Amp 8)
4 X KT88 & some Eec83s in a box waiting for sufficient time to do them justice...... (shameful really I rescued them from a skip 30yrs ago...)
3x12AX7, 2x12AU7 , 6x6550 (Ampeg SVT)
1x12AX7. (Trace Elliot GP12 SMX)
Loads of them - but their all in a bucket gathering dust. Came out of a Nimrod (or probably several Nimrods) I think.
fun fact - the National Museum of Computing in Bletchley has rebuilt colossus with the help of Marshall who are just down the road in MK
geek joke - they had to reprogramme to calculate in undecimal 😀 🙄
