The end of the would be handy, given how much work I have still to do.

Still, it's not as bad as the time I did a 36 hour all nighter on 23/24 December in another city....

Yeah, that's my box too.

Sucking on way too many Strepsils is my chosen method of easing the boredom.

i thought strepsils have a laxative effect if you consume to many? Guess you can sit on the bog for a bit 🙂

Not long back from a boozy Christmas lunch, surprised I managed to log in once back in the office. Not risking typing any emails so figured I'd spend my remaining couple of hours here, then luckily I'm in walking distance of home.

Still, it's not as bad as the time I did a 36 hour all nighter on 23/24 December in another city....

I remember being in Shetland (for work) once on 24th December, awaiting a "gap in the snowstorm" to fly off the island. Then later awaiting "defrosting the frozen wings" of the plane at Aberdeen to get me to London.

As I don't like flying at all, I was glad when I eventually got home in time for Christmas day.

I'm judging you solely on the effort you put into the moon landings thread.

I'm now so bored I'm sketching out rules for my new epic game, which I've whimsically entitled Comedy Mammal Top Trumps.

Basically, you pick a comedy mammal from Google Images with a high comedy rating. Your unseen STW foe does likewise. Then, you compare and the winner gets to wee in his/her opponent's shoes/heels.

Here's mine:

[img] [/img]

Name: Gavin
Comedy mammal rating: 67/100
Likes: Lazy sunsets over Lake Bala
Dislikes: Lolcats and Joan Jett

A sure-fire winner? Maybe not, but it's killed 2.5 minutes...

Okay, I'll play myself:

[img] [/img]

Name: Earl
Comedy mammal rating: 87/100
Likes: Chowing down on Stoner's wood
Dislikes: Bad-tempered politics threads, the end of the (Mayan) world

I am victorious! Let the shoe weeing commence.

Why, it's simples!

Google Images

Choose Pic

Control plus mouse click >>> copy image URL

Click the IMG button above, paste in URL, check it's worked on Preview and you're good to go.

* is pleased at ability to write semi cogent instructions after in excess of 15 strepsils *

Should do the trick... I get message 'copy image URL' when I control+mouse click (on a Mac though) and I just press that.

I reckon this genius game deserves its own thread... 😉 ... but we'll need your contribution smartish here, or you're out of the game!

EDIT: I think you're scoring low with Fido the Milk Rustler... that's got to be in the high 80s at least.
