...Would it take to float my bike to the top of High Street in the Lakes or would it be easier to get fit in order to climb up with my bike on my shoulder?

as Helium is a very limited natural resource and far too hard/impossible to make then getting fit is the best option. Also try one of the non hike a bike ways up
