How does STW Members discounts work?

I've been a member forever but only just thought to look at the Members Discount pages. I put in my email address, it sends me a code to email, I enter the code, then nothing. It just hangs on the validate page. What am I missing?

Funnily enough was looking at this earlier and hit the same issue. Will try and follow up tomorrow as seems to be externally managed and there’s an email to contact for support.

I had no idea when I subscribed that there were so many apparent member discounts-it doesn’t seem to be pitched much to attract more members, or I’ve been totally oblivious to it.

I’m trying to take advantage of the Garmin discount, just for a watch strap. I log in and it says that discount is applied at checkout, it’s not! I’ve logged out and back in again, tried all options, contacted the help centre- no response. What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you log out of your Garmin account before you go to the discount site and then go on to the Garmin site.

@wheelsonfire1 which help centre did you try? I'd expect them to respond promptly if it was support@endurancezone.com

@stwhannah that’s the badger, I can see my enquiry pending. No worries, I can manage without a strap for a bit - gardening damaged but pushed me over my pocket money limit this month at full price!

Still no luck with discounts, anyone any ideas? Or even better an Instinct Solar strap in flame red (orange) for sale?!!

Fairly confident that the Garmin discount only applies to the Garmin watches/devices it shows when it first takes you through to their website - I've tried a few times to get it to work on accessories but I've only managed to get it to work on full devices

@radbikebro thank you for that info, it may well be the case although I’ve tried checking terms and conditions. It does say UP to 40% off so I suppose 0% is on that scale!!

I tried with the Garmin offer a few times and never managed to figure it: i wanted an edge 530 (just unit, no bundle) and id go in using code etc but when i clicked for just unit they'd be no price although a reduced price would show for the bundles. Thought it might be a stock thing so tried over different periods but never managed to be able to add one to basket

I’m still trying to get a Garmin discount, an email this morning made me chuckle, I’m past the frustration stage,  this again FROM a very busy Tim “I hope this email finds you well? I am just following up on my previous emails to see if you had found a solution”!

As @radbikebro suggested the discounts for Garmin are on items on the landing page. Has anyone had success with Camelbak? It appears as a picture on one of the pages but clicking on it or searching produces no results.
