You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
On Tuesday, the Spinal Tap song Sex Farm just popped into my head. It went on for three days. Then, this morning, it was gone. But then I realized it was gone, so now it's back.
...dunno - I've never watched Spinal Tap!
I've currently got We didn't start the fire by Billy Joel.
It doesn't help that my 7 year old has decided he likes it and gets Alexa to play it on repeat
I've had the words (and 'tune'): "boots with the furrrrr" going round my head for days. Just that awful bit of that awful track 🙁
And the most drug induced song video award goes to...

our thoughts are with you at these difficult times 😟
The last one I had (for about a week) was Kylie - can’t get you out of my head
I didn’t appreciate the irony
Posting all three videos in one post only embedded the first one.
An earworm that invaded my head recently were the quirky lyrics to Bare Naked Ladies' One Week.
Riding to work the other morning I realise I've got the melody for some song playing vaguely in my mind. I then immediately regretted teasing out the accompanying lyrics.
Pink pony club. Da duh dadada. Only lasted six or so hours so had worse.
The secret to dislodging ear worms is to have an even more annoying tune locked and loaded, Russ Abbott never fails.....
NO no no NO! You horrible bastard.
This works for me
How do you make it stop? Boots and Cats!
Having just watched the highlights of Isle of Wight festival Faithless has come flooding back, especially the Maxi Jazz vocals.
My daughter (now in her late twenties) will still make sure I am subjected to a blast of 'it's a small world after all' a few times a year.
It appeals to her twisted sense of humour, as she knows it instantly transports me back 20 years to Euro-Disney to relive the torture of queuing for hours ( not once but twice) listening to that god awful tune over and over. I couldn't get it out my head for weeks afterwards.
You need this

I was completely immune to everything mentioned, until I got to that one, now I’ve got the synth bit after the spoken intro in my head!
It’s not that I don’t like it, it’s a great piece of music, it’s just that I’m about to go to bed! 😱
