So, Ive bought something from ebay- and returned it (at my own cost), but the only options in the return details are to select a carrier (Royal Mail-£5.93, Collect Plus-£6.00 or Parcelforce-£7.57), but I dont want to use these options.
How do I return and add the tracking number from my chosen carrier?
The 'help' link in ebay is helpless.

You don't usually bother, unless you're right on the deadline and it's saying "upload tracking today" in which case, do the live chat or callback and they'll sort it no bother

Had a chat to Shiela Mae on chat and she said she'd update the details with the tracking number/carrier details I gave here. To my inexperienced eyes I cant see them on the screen, but I'll sit tight and if I dont se a refund next week I'll intervene.
The 'help(?)' page tells me to 'select another carrier of your choice' from the drop down menu, but I cant see a drop down menu, let alone an option.
Why should it be so difficult?
