I used to enjoy browsing the old one. The new one seems more laborious and now I can't be bothered.

Maybe it's just me....

I think they're pretty good TBH.

The old one was just another forum page as such hard to search and if you tired to sell it was a game of constantly bumping your post until that one person who wanted your thing spotted it.

I used it about a month ago without much success, but most people are fearful of change so were using the old one, 'forcing' people to use the new one will make it much better.

I suppose if I was going to be very blunt I'd say, very few people pay to use STW and this isn't a 'P' v Non P thing, but if you don't want to use STW Classifieds, Pinkbike is there if you want to swap your Trail bike for a broken XBox and a 'ped, or you can use eBay, it's wonderful, but they'll want about 15% of your sale price in one way or other.

@p-jay..interesting points. I never had issues selling , I guess I'm justthinking of as a buyer.

Does buying a 'p', which I've had historically, get you anything else in the classifieds? Does it improve the experience?

@jejyl... apologies if it appears moaning but is one not allowed to be critical or give a negative opinion on something?

+1 to wallop. I can only see the little ads on the bottom right when i scroll down.

why do they even need to repeat the ads anyway?

and what the hell is the point of the 'Singletrack Socials' on the right of the screen now? it sounds like a dating app for mountain bikers... hmmm... I've just had an idea..

I don't think so, I just don't like to point out that STW is free to use as a 'P' without it sounding like one of those Glib 'aren't I special' types.

Are those who aren't seeing any results using a "browser plugin that must not be named"?

@p-jay. I get that. If I don't pay (and financially support STW) I guess I shouldn't really complain. Like you say it's not the only online marketplace ..(it does feel like one of the rare ones though thats honest - I feel I can trust STW users compared to more general platforms such as eBay)..

Nothing visible for me either - using firefox, no plugins.

We don't need 47 threads discussing the same thing, I'm closing this.

@verses We can confirm that Ad-blockers do interfere with the classifieds.
