Slacken it off?
I tend to use a chisel to tap them in a bit further and then fill over the top - bricks here are quite 'crumbly' and I seem to end up with a 3" wide crater in the wall if I attempt to remove them.
Assuming its in a dry wall, knock it through. It will leave a smaller hole than pulling it out.
There's no easy way with those. Best bet is to smack it further in then filler over the top.
Loosen the bolt, tap the bolt head flush to the wall then undo the bolt all the way. Use a small pick or similar to pull the sleeve out. Carefully insert the bolt again whilst turning clockwise to screw into the wedge nut so you can pull that out too or fill in with the wedge in place.
You can pull it out by putting the bolt back in a bit and tapping with a hammer until it loosens enough to pull out. But it would be easier to hammer in and fill. You won't be able to put a similar fixing in an area around that, or the hole that's left even if filled, anyway, well you could but it wouldn't be of much use.
Put a poster up over it?
Needs a new wall.
What small hands you have.
If you're not too precious about it then a Funkness Device would probably work.
Take the wall down and rebuild it.
I might want to mount a smaller fixing in about the same place.
Not seeing the problem there. It's if you wanted a smaller fixing in exactly the same place that you might have an issue.
Take the bolt out, and if the insert is close to the surface you could try smacking it on the seam, hopefully it will collapse in on itself, then you can remove it.
Drill a hole in the exact same place from the other side of the wall and tap in another longer bolt from that side to knock the original one out.

I'm not sure you understand how they work 😉
You can remove the end cap then the outer fingers which splay out and are held in place by a spring can be manoeuvred out using long nosed pliers.
Pretty simple to remove once the cap is off.
