Fill it in.
Go to PO.

it takes ages, there are loads of other things you have to send off with it.
but providing they don't loose the claim form in the post, they have always paid out when we've bothered to claim.
But its not a fast process, and you have to wait 15 working days after you post it even before you can start a claim.

I got my cheque in 2 weeks, I think that's fast enough, some folk are never happy.
