Are they going as badly as the junior doctor contract ones?

Either way, both the employer and the employees need to understand that they both need each other.
50,000 Junior Doctors (and thousands of Consultants) aren't going to find work anywhere else in a hurry, and the NHS needs them to be at work.
They just need to get around the table.
