I wish I'd had a camera at the 1978 Scottish Six Days Trial & taken photo's of a lad called Paul Chapman as he managed to get his Ossa into a 2nd floor bedroom to re-tension the back wheel at 2am, using a beer crate to stand the bike on & a chair leg as a truing guide. It actually took 3 people to get it up the fire escape of the Milton Hotel.
