Hi, I’m looking for a housemate to share the tenancy of a well maintained two bedroom stone terrace located in a friendly area of Glossop which lies at the foot of the Dark Peak.
The house is very close to the town centre, the train station, all local amenities (inc. friendly LBS) and of course lots of good riding right from the doorstep - just be prepared for the initial climb out of the valley.
The room is unfurnished but very big and can easily accommodate a double bed and lots of furniture. The house itself is fully furnished, comfortable and chilled. It has gas central heating, double glazing, fridge freezer, washing machine, big CRT telly and DVD player, a private garden and a cat. Parking is on-street and usually right on the doorstep. I'm sure the kitchen has room for more bikes.
There is no digital telly or broadband at the moment but if you want to go halves we could easily get it all from Sky for not much. All other bills would be split equally.
About me: I’m a cyclist - mtb and road (well, a commuter). I’m into music, films, occasional clubbing, a bit of that art, and vodka. I’m currently studying with the OU in the hope of escaping my current existence as generic office drone.
