We’re planning to head back to the UK and up to Scotland this summer, for our daughter have a look round Glasgow and Edinburgh, as she’s thinking of coming back for Uni.
We’d like to make it into a bit of a family holiday, staying outside the cities and enjoying the glorious Scottish countryside (with hopefully some biking while we’re back).
So… does anyone with a house North or West of Glasgow fancy a house swap in the first fortnight of July this year?
We have a big place in the Spanish Pyrenees (in Tremp) – big enough for a couple of families, surrounded by fantastic trails – although I’ll be upfront, it will be HOT at that time… E-bikes or the local uplift service would probably be the way to go for riding.
If anyone is interested, I’ll share details of our place directly.
Great idea. We used to house swap when we were in Killin - mainly friends, family and friends of friends of friends. It was a great way of getting holidays...
