Burnley area around Accrington Road, near Hargher stoops estate? OK or swerve?

Or stick to the houses we are looking at in Hapton and Rishton which aren't ready till late 2018/early 2019.
they are new builds with help to buy.

Waterfoot if you want to gamble on a potentially up and coming area? Good VFM at the moment - hopefully neighbouring Rawtenstalls 'rise' of recent years will rub off.
Has a post office, Co-Op, theatre, 2xbakery/pie shops!, world class hardware store (Fletchers) and Lee/Cragg Quarry on your doorstep!
We've bought a 'project' there.
