Thinking about cooking this for the lads. Has anyone tried it? Do you have any tips servings suggestions?
I was thinking of throwing loads into a ciabatta bun.

Did this at Christmas, went down well. Done it a couple of times since but used a smoked ham joint instead, not quite as good but still damn tasty.
IMO you'll be onto a winner packing it into buns.
