HONC 13 ENTRY UPDATE (30.01.13)
Following our update of 15.1.13 we have approaching 180 places available and have decided the fairest way to allocate them is by a ballot.
ENTRY WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT
You can apply to enter your name in the ballot via the EntryCentral system

and this will be open from 1st Feb until 23.59hrs on 3rd Feb 2013. No payment will be taken at this stage, but authorisation to take payment if you are successful will be obtained.
We appreciate that there are a large number of disappointed entrants and there may not be enough places for everyone, but please only enter once to be fair to everyone. We will eliminate any duplicate entries that we find from the ballot and we reserve the right to require evidence of identity.
We know that many people only want a place if they can ride with a friend or partner. To facilitate this, all entrants to the ballot with the same email will be treated as one entry to the ballot and you will therefore all get in or none of you get in. So if you want to be treated as a group entry to the ballot, use the email address of the lead rider, otherwise use your own email.
Successful entrants to the ballot will be notified shortly after it closes by email from EntryCentral and payment will then be confirmed without further action needed from entrants.
We are sorry for the confusion and frustration that this year’s entry process has entailed – we are back on track but would like to thank for your patience and understanding and also for your many messages of support.
