Is there a reason this thread was closed? Apologies if I have inadvertently broken a thread "rule" by linking to this but as a first timer I referred back to this thread as it was full of extremely knowledgable and skilled brewers who were clearly very enthusiastic.
I was going to jump in with the usual embarrassing newbie questions...
