Hey guys - I've done a few home brew kits before and just did another... well the misses did. We followed the same steps as last time but she thinks she maybe put in slightly less sugar in the 2nd ferment stage.

About 4 weeks on I just went to try the beer and it's very foggy and there are little white bits in it.

Firstly I was wondering why there are bits floating around after it's been resting so long and secondly... is there any way to recover this homebrew?

It tastes ok and I'm confident it was all super clean and the first ferment lasted long enough... just a bit perplexed

Thanks
