Had a renewal through at 450 with Virgin so set about an M&S quote to make sure the bikes are covered on the policy this year.
M&S were reasonable but still quite expensive - did a go compare and came up with Esure - they cover the bikes worldwide apparently as named items on the policy. £300 all in with 2 bikes named and valued.
So a bit of a PSA for esure if your M&S quotes are high.
Any bad stories from them?

Still waiting for my cashback some 6 months after taking out the insurance with M&S.
