3 litres of Tayberry Vodka, fine. 3 litres of Blackberry Brandy, ok. 3 litres of PlumGin is far too sweet. Made the Gin to the Sloe Gin recipe but had to substitute sloes for plums. How can i adjust the sweetness? Adding more gin woul dilute the flavour, so what fruit could i add to the mix to let it steep. For another 3 months? Your advice would be much appreciated although a reply may be long in coming once all the necessary testing has taken hold!

Citric acid but it'll proably make it explode.
