Unusually, I'm unlikely to be doing any adventurous activities no biking skiing or climbing. A couple of nights camping in campsites and a bit of trail running / mild hiking will be the extent of the outdoor activities. The rest will just be regular tourist stuff / catching up with friends / family

Who should I be looking at for travel insurance? We booked through trailfinders but they seem a little pricey at £83 just for me. Or maybe that's the going rate?

Ta.

Can you upgrade any bank account?

We paid the extra for a Nationwide account ahead of a 3 week trip to the USA, which gives worldwide travel insurance and a load of other goodies.  Worked out best value for us.

I got annual travel insurance (including the US) via Coverwise for like £17.  £83 for a single trip is taking the piss.

Careful trail running isn’t normally covered in bog standard policies

Running is covered and hiking up to 3000m so seems ok.

Is bog snorkelling covered in bog standard policies?
