I've got to book a table for 10 people next Tuesday evening for a bunch of work colleagues. Got to be somewhere that offers something for everyone, not too expensive (up to £30 per head for a main).
I've trwaled TripAdvisor with little success, so what recommendations do you have please.
Cinnamon Bazaar Covent garden area , try the Indian style shepherds pie
It's 400 miles away from me , daughter lives in the big city so need to make time for a wee visit again
£30 a head in Covent Garden in the evening? That's going to be challenging.
I'm a fan of Mildred's in soho - no idea if they do bookings for 10, it is a little lacking in meat if that's a must have dietary requirement
£30 a head in Covent Garden in the evening?
OP specified "for a main", which will be fine.
Pierre Victoire in Dean Street does good, reasonably priced bistro type stuff.
Or Rudy's Pizza is just up Tottenham Court Road a bit from Soho.

Andrew Edmunds in Soho for something a bit posher (and really lovely).
There’s a BBQ place opposite the theatre they show frozen at. Bodeans bbq, was decent for a similar thing, as long as no vegetarians
Pollo Bar, Soho, corner of Greek St and Old Compton St. Favourite eatery back in the mid 80s when I was an art student at St Martins. Happy to say it was still the same when I went back there last Saturday with my teenage daughter and twin bruv 40 years later. Has bigger tables downstairs, tiny small tables on ground floor. £11-13 for pasta, £15ish for pizza. Huge portions. Pint in my old local, The Coach & Horses 'round the corner (of legendary Jeffrey Bernard / Francis Bacon etc). Where did the time go?! (In the pub evidently).
+1 for Rudys Pizza in Soho.
For more traditional/posh italian, I had a glorious meal at Fumo on St martin's Lane a while back.
If you want 'proper' Mexican then Cafe Pacifico near Covent garden is lovely and one of my wife and I's faves.
For Korean, Chung Dam in Chinatown is excellent but small so you will definitely need to book for 10 people.
They only do walk-ins, but sevendials market is good.
Avoid Gilgamesh.

Blacklock chop house. Not much for non meat eaters! Good quality and informal certainly not fine dining.
Thanks folks. I’ll check these out and get something booked.
