so we bought one - now need some good recipe[s] and/or recipe book recommendtions please...

Half a pint or so of milk, banana, some chocolate powder or nesquik, refrigerate and slice 3 creme eggs. If your blender is man enough you might not need to chill and pre slice the creme eggs.

(probably best to be in a bit of a calorie deficit before hand, or be planning a big ride after mind!)

IA, sounds delish but not quite what i had in mind.....

thinking more post ride fruit uices / veggie uices, etc..... or breakfast drinks with greek youghurt / fruit, etc...

For yogurt drink try making Lassi.

Try not to drink a big tub of Lassi if you are driving coz it is so nice you will want to sleep. I love Lassi me.

Or ya ... it's also very nice to go with curry.

Got a Vitamix blender myself but never used it coz I use a smaller blender for Lassi. I will use the blender when I have time.
