                    I've been diagnosed with a [url= http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Hernia-hiatus/Pages/Introduction.aspx ]Hiatus Hernia[/url] which seems minor but over the autumn and start of the winter I've been struggling to 'fuel' properly. Despite being fit (by my standards) over the spring and summer I've lost a lot of fitness/power by being unwell for a month or so and then having the 'fueling' issue.
Does anyone else have this condition, it's very common apparently, and what tips would you give me in terms of what/when to eat to ensure I'm able to get out on the bike and retain some fitness.
