Need to refresh my spotify playlist. Have a bent towards the 90s, but happy for modern stuff it helps distract from the the pain.
What you got?
Trentmoller-Silver surfer ghost rider go.
Does it need to include pan pipes? 😆
Fabric mixes, either the regular Fabric series or Fabric Live if you like drum'n'bass a bit more. Fabric Live 59 (Four Tet) and Fabric 55 (Shackleton) are good.
Kompakt Total series, 18 is a good recent one.
Berghain / Panorama Bar mixes also good. Berghain 08 (Fiedel) is a good recent one. 02 (Dettmann) a classic.
I don't go clubbing anymore, but I do go running. It's a similar experience, just different drugs.
Simply cannot beat this for motivation in the face of [s] seemingly insurmountable adversity[/s] a rowing machine.
A little more high tempo you got stuff like Napalm Death.
Most 90s bangin choons just make me angry* and end up doing mischief
*Except for Underworld (100 Days Off, 2nd Toughest, DNBWMH etc)
And...Nude Dimensions (in fact anything with Miguel Migs at the wheel)
I've got a skipping playlist for warm-ups - mostly gabber and D&B
One of these always gets a look-in
This mix is amazing, nice warmup at the start too

Some great stuff here. Thanks, please keep them coming.
I just tend to put the drum and bass chart on Spotify on shuffle.

Find it on sound cloud.... Great for grinding up hills
Utah saints?
Not bangin choonz but pretty much all AC/DC works well with my pace.
RATM are brilliant for working out to. Tend to make me overdo it though.
Good shout regarding Utah Saints!
I remembered this a few weeks ago, and have been using it for workout background music

If you like that, High Contrast, Bakermat (bit slower but 'Baby' is faster), Sub Focus are all worth a look.
Podrunner is pretty good if you want a mix at a specific tempo. https://www.podrunner.com/
If you like trance Above and Beyond podcast things, Group Therapy.
anything by Metrik
If you want music to make you run really fast, what about Jesus Built My Hotrod by Ministry😀.
My bike training playlist may have something you like.

Spent a while on YouTube this evening, I missed most that was good about 90s music so it's been educational!
Think this might be the best find of the night, not sure my eardrums could survive a whole session on the turbo with this playing (or my legs!)
Hahaha! Awesome, I heard this first on a John Peel mix, I think this would only be appropriate for high cadence stuff on the rollers, and even then I think I'd just fall off...
That dj fresh remix is top choice, often on my play list.
@bensongd and it's the most uplifting video ever. You can't fail to smile!
Works for me - takes about a minute to build up, and then Boom, get those legs spinning.
Pulp-Babies was always my go-to tune to warm up to before a work out
Tickz all the boxes like.....
I’ve got a skipping playlist
you can fix that by rubbing it with toothpaste
A cover of "boys of summer" that is more gym / spin / run pace:
Misfits -Earth AD
Famous Monsters
Walk among us
Prodigy - Music for the Jilted Generation
Wildhearts - Fishing for Luckies
These all serve me well when theres kettlebells/burpees / skipping to be done. Hwlps me zone out from the grind.
Maybe the Dreadnoughts if you like that type of thing? Not the folk album, obviously.
Or, maybe the all time feelgood metal album of all time
I Get Wet by Andrew WK.
@bensongd and it’s the most uplifting video ever. You can’t fail to smile!
Dunno, this one is pretty uplifting too:
N-trance set you free.
I find I'm listening to stuff I would never have listened to at the time.
Any Ed Solo or Deekline mixes will do the trick.
