Marty McFly: okay doc Where are we? When are we?
Doc : We're descending toward Hill Valley,
California, at 4:29 pm, on Wednesday, October 21st, 2015.
Marty McFly: 2015? You mean we're in the future?
Jennifer : Future? Marty, what do you mean? How can we be in the future?
Marty McFly: Uh, Jennifer, um, I don't know how to tell you this, but I... you're in a time machine.
Jennifer : And this is the year '2015'?
Doc : October 21st, 2015.

Great Scott!

Roads? Where were going we don't need... Roads

I know that's in the first but I don't care. I love these films. From a time when blockbusters weren't shit.

As of today, the future is now the present. Or something.

They've just been going steadily downhill (with a few exceptions) since the invention of the blockbuster. I don't think there was a golden age really.

The actual current front runner for hoverboard looks like something Doc would have made in 1955:

More importantly it's Trafalgar Day. 210 years ago Nelson did his stuff.

B2F was the first movie our family got after my Dad purchased a video player. We were behind the curve slightly as my dad resisted buying one for a few years but after we got it we pretty much wore that video paper thin. I think I could probably still quote the script line for line if I tried. That & Highlander.
