But it is a good track, the only one I can listen too anyway.

Kasabian fast fuse
Dolly 9 to 5
The jam underground
George Michael freedom
The ridiculous list goes on...

If it wasn't for 9-5 I'd of sent the flying monkeys to drop you in a poppy field.

It's not that original I believe quite a lot of people don't like them

I don't believe it - John Lennon's dead.

Nah, everyone naturally likes the Beatles.
Some people just haven't come out of the Yellow Submarine yet.

Not liking the Beatles is merely a wacky affectation, akin to sporting a monocle, a deliberately bad syrup, or one of those flowers that squirts water.
It doesn't make you a more interesting person.

I realise that this is a controversial statement.
If it annoys you beyond belief, then it's you I'm talking about.
😉

Why is everyone going on about the Beatles when the OP started a thread about a Wilson Pickett song?

Hey Jude: the only Beatles song released with the words "oh, ****ing hell" clearly audible in the mix.

Is that why everyone watching mutters 'oh ****ing hell', like a sort of tribute, every time McCartney shuffles on stage to regale us with it?

There really isnt anything to "get" they were a famous band from some time ago. They were superstars of the time and some of their music was very good indeed and stands the test of time. They also did some less good stuff. Listen to them if you like that sort of thing.

I like them a bit but I am Scouser so maybe I am pre programmed!
Love them or hate them I wonder why some people think its somehow "cool" to do the latter.
