Anyone doing anything?

We're going up this on Saturday. The view from the top is tremendous.

Just spent an hour browsing the various Doors Open Day venues (as they call it up here)..... then realised most of them were open last weekend not next. Doh!

Hey Harry, I also posted this which had more interest! If you have a little princess then go on, you know you want to:

maccruiskeen - can you not pop South of the border? May be worth a look you can check by county.

glasgow is this coming weekend - its just the places closest to me that were all open last weekend instead. It seems like the events are staggered through september, region by region so some areas won't have their events til the end of the month

Think I might head up there for a spot of lunch at the Anchor Line

What did people do then?

We did Manchester Transport Museum and an open top bus ride yesterday and Lancaster Castle/Jail this morning with various things in Fleetwood this afternoon.

I'm all historied-out now.
