Do they have to be exactly like that? There are a range of corner bracket out there. Just for example (they will be cheaper elsewhere, although not cheap):  https://uk.rs-online.com/web/c/enclosures-storage-material-handling/structural-systems-handrails/connecting-components/?applied-dimensions=4294461708 Alternatively would these (or a similar pressed bracket from TS or ironmongery direct) be strong enough:  https://www.toolstation.com/shop/p73961 Final one from me. If you are setting them in a fixed position you can drill through one profile and tap into the end of the other.

We use KJN a lot. Good stuff and a bit cheaper than Rexroth

Ideally yes.i have some already but they have a grove/slots where the bolts go which i suppose is fine. But as these ones have no grove the bolt always ends up in the same position (which for my application is better) takes out some element of adjustment just always in the right place.

@nickjb Like the idea of the flat mount from toolstation although dont think it will be strong enough

@fasthaggis aware of the website it definable is a bit cheaper than the rexroth stuff i have used minitec in the past which seems good bang for buck.
