Bought a reclaimed parquest floor, paid for order in feb having discussed with the company that i didn't need delivery until may to go in an extension. Have been trying ot get it delivered since end of may. 4 consecutive fridays it has supposedly been delivered on. No floor, obvious blatent lies on the phone from the company. the latest one being it was shipped to chester by mistake ( i live in cumbria) i have told them today i want a refund as i told them last week if it could be delivered this friday then fine if not i would want a refund. no floor today.

What are the easiest options to get my money back. I have told them if needs be i will take legal advice. the bill for the wood was £845

thansk for any advice

edit paid for with paypal but outside of the 45 days to open a resolution

Arse - yeah, if they don't cough up it might be that. You could speak to your bank to see if they may be able to help though - it wouldn't harm asking the question anyway.
