My son has just recently purchased Rainbow 6 siege he’s uses a PS4 but he’s having problems with it loading. I’m not a gamer but apparently he says this is a known problem. He tells me he has searched for a solution but all he has been able to find was a live chat with the game programmers who suggested opening our internet network.
Anybody any experience with this that can offer a better solution ?

Do you mean finding a game online?
Open the relevant ports on your router or the easiest way is to put the PS4’s IP in the DMZ.
Before that though, try this.
I'm finding it impossible to start a campaign mode on xbox even once all the massive downloaded installations have completed
