I have pop up blocker on chrome but the pop ups on here are just off the charts annoying. How do I rid of them?? It's ruining a beautiful experience lol.

The site behaves very differently on different browsers. Obviously if you want ad free then you pay for it. You can slightly improve the experience by finding a browser that works better. I use three different browsers on three different devices. Seem to have it working reasonably well
So does subscribing magically keep you signed in.
If they could make that happen I'd be all over it
As it is subscribing seems to mean paying to view adverts and logging in just as often as the plebs(ie every time you movethrough the pages)
Also apparently the pop up ads on here aren't technically pop ups.

I think there was a big thread about this. In conclusion:
It's not a problem on Drac's iPad.
It's not STW's fault, other websites must have the same issue, we just don't know about it.
It's not STW's fault you're not IT literate and don't know the address to type into chrome to access some advanced setting that enables websites to set some sort of permanent tracking super non-expiring cookies.
It's not STW's fault if you feel slightly uneasy about the idea of enabling permanent tracking super non-expiring cookies that your web browser of choice has hidden the setting for in an inaccessible admin menu because enabling them is generally a bad idea.

Do you access it through a bookmark/favourite? For some reason, my bookmark was to the http:// address, I changed it to https:// (which it was being forwarded on to) and it seemed to work much better.
If you choose not to contribute financially by becoming a full member AND run an ad-blocker so STW doesn't even get that revenue, then you fail rule one.
Just pay for an account, it's less than the cost of one beer per month.

I have to login probably once every three weeks or so. So can't complain there.
I used to have the problem with getting logged out time and again.
There's a "delete cookies " button on the login screen, after hitting that a few times, it worked.
I had to log in every week or so on any device when I subscribed. Its never been fixed / sorted.

The eternal 'being logged out' argument is something you're doing differently from everyone else.
