Hi,
My PS4 seemed fine, no issues. I purchased fifa 2020 from the ps store and although it works when I click on some options I get the following error.

Ive downloaded all the updates for the game and the PS4. I've deleted and reinstalled the game. I've deleted a lot of stuff to free up space. It's a 1tb version and has 1/4 space left.
Does anyone have any advice on how to fix it?
The only thing I've not tried is
Initialization of your PS4™ system restores system settings to default values. It deletes data saved on system storage and deletes all users and their data from the system. Select (Settings) > [Initialization] > [Initialize PS4], and then follow the on-screen instructions.
Thanks

Not that I've noticed. It plays all other games without an issue. It even plays ffia without an issue. It's just when I click on some options, for example, if I try to create a player.
I keep getting that error on one particular game ghost sniper 3 or something it's called, I've done same as you but no joy, its really irritating as it takes ages to reload , doesn't happen on anything else at all
Tried rebuilding the database? IIRC had the occasional similar problem with Destiny when I played and that always fixed it.
