Looking for an app that adds up minutes, does that make sense?
Example would be 10.13 + 47 minutes = It’s for Enduros.
Any ideas?
A calculator?
Got one but doesn’t add up in 60’s
Excel. Put a colon : between the two numbers and it recognises numbers as hours and minutes. Then you can add or subtract etc.
Excel?

Multiply by 60, work in seconds, then divide by 60 at the end.
Example would be 10.13
Do you mean 10:13 as in 10 hours 13 minutes, or is the .13 decimal hours (which is 7m 48s I think)?
Yes as in 10 hours 13 minutes. Timings in Enduros goes like this, start at say 10.13 first lap you have 47 minutes to do it, second lap 43 minutes 3 lap 38 minutes.
Looking for a app that will calculate this when sat in a field before the start, Excell is a no no
A lot of inexpensive calculator have a H/M/S function, it takes a little bit to learn to work it, but it's easy once you do.
So you're asking what the cut off is if you start a lap at 10:13am and have 47 minutes to finish it in? And then again at say 11:05am plus 43 minutes and so on?
I'd just print off a grid of start times (ie. 1-60 minutes) down the left side, lap times across the top (30mins to 60 or whatever) and the projected finish times in the middle and get it laminated. the have a couple of empty boxes to write the times for the day on in chinagraph pencil at the bottom.
