So, the title best man may as well be stripped, but that's by the by now, due to a series of date clashes, F ups and a mixture of useless farmers and tightwads, I'm left in the position of needing to book a trip for three of us, this weekend.....

Dublin was on the cards but we're looking at £500 each in flights and hotels before we start, so it's highly unlikely, too far from the ferry for that to be an option either really.

Want to go somewhere in Europe, fly from Bristol or Birmingham Friday AM, return Sunday PM. Or a UK town/city suitable for three carrot crunchers, with plenty to do.

Heeeeeeelp, please 😥

There is another best man by the way, who's done nowt at all and isn't one of the three, and there will be another
'home' do.

Dublin can deliver, all you need is a dwarf, some handcuffs, a full body Lycra suit and some viagra, then you go to this show where your groom gets dragged onto the stage with a full boner in the lycra handcuffed to the dwarf, it is allegedly quite hilarious.

Go somewhere nice in the UK, get pissed and go karting or something like that. No need for the arms race of stag do's it's not a competition (I didn't go to my brothers due to the cost)
Charity shop challenge buy your outfit for the afternoon/evening for 20 quid etc.

I booked lloret del mar for my mates stag, it cost 160 quid for 3 nights, return flights and accommodation bed and breakfast, night life was really good and weather was awesome. For 500quid you should be able to get something decent. Top tip when being best man, don't change dates, prices around people, you set the date and details best for you and the groom, it's everyone elses job to sort themselves out not yours, it's impossible to plan to suit a group.

Blackpool!

But seriously, how about London? Lots to see/do and without the expenses of flights, you can spend the money on more important things, like beer and strip clubs.

ah, Paris-by-the-Sea. How about Sunderland? Make it a mission to spend £500 on a single night.

's what I'd do. In fact, it's what I did. £500 will net you a lot of fun and a heroic amount of booze.

Going to near-Brexit Europe (with a bunch of "tightwads") in the middle of a UK heatwave, you want your bumps feeling man.

I'd vote Newcastle too (where I had mine but I'm from there!).

Nice city, loads of places to go. In the day you can go to tynemouth. Could try surfing if the weather works. Good pubs etc, metro back into town. Then end the night spaffing into a girls baps on the quayside. I jest.

Next day repeat

Round up the 1500smackers and buy a new bike. Thus alienating the groom, the withdrawal of your? invite to the wedding and saving you having to regale every single wedding guest with tale of the world's shittest stag do.

We're in London on a stag this weekend. Costing £50 each for something or other that needed booking, not staying over, we're less than an hour away by train and trains run through the night. Not that I'll last that long, we're starting at 9am.

Off to mallorca a week on friday for a stag(plus 3 extra days, just to chill) got the flights for £50 just last week, which is amusing as most paid much more than that months ago!

skyscanner bingo suggests:

from Birmingham you can get to Paris for £80 a head. No idea what that would be like for a stag, you can also get to Faro for £108 but the Sunday flight back is brutal.

from Bristol you can get to

Geneva for £80
Basel for £96
Pisa for £108

Again, no idea of the suitability of these destinations for your group, I'll let you check suitability for flight times.

Anyhow, it's simple. just got to skyscanner, your airport, your dates and everywhere for destination, and up will pop your options.
