Is there a decent clock radio with 3 alarms? They all seem to have 2. Ideally we want:

3 or more alarms

Decent sound quality

Easy to set up and use

Auto-dimming screen

Don't mind spending a bit if something fits all those criteria - the Ruark R1 looks lovely, but only 2 alarms.

What you got?

I use a Sonos speaker - unlimited alarms!

(The clock part is dealt with by my phone which sits on a wireless charger)

Lenovo smart clock essential. We have one, does exactly all the above. Plus google for radio/ music etc. Had one for a few years, works great.

Not sure theyre a current item now, but available new on ebay.

Currently have a Tivoli Model 10 DAB which they don't make any more and I don't think anyone does similar (though you can buy on eBay)

key requirements for me I'd add to your list that this has

- second stereo speaker (if you're a couple you both want to wake up so a speaker on each side of the bed)

- line out (which links to the ceiling speaker in the en suite)

But

- not easy to use (but rarely a problem - it switches on alarm 1 at the same time mon-fri on R4, alarm 2 45 minutes later on 6 then switches off automatically after another 45 minutes).  At weekends switch it on manually

- the display is too bright even on the dimmest setting so have a separate alarm clock for time (which also does for any unusual wake times)

Lenovo Smart Clock.

Does exactly as you ask but also answers questions (with Google Assistant).

iPhone with new ios17 Standby mode

I understand the Standby Mode should make quite a difference along with a MagSafe stand of some sort, and you can set up a whole bunch of different alarms as well. Never used mine with music, I have an old Gear4 radio alarm with an Apple 32-pin dock, which has my old iPhone 4G on it, but I always had it on 6Music with two different alarms for different shift starts, but it could be set to play music from the phone as well.
Possibly the most adaptable option for multiple alarms.

yeah, I bought a really neat folding triple-charger (phone/watch/AirPods) with MagSafe a while back in anticipation of this. Perfect for travelling.
