The little sh-t has lost the top and bottom bar off the screen and i've no idea how to restore it , so i'm after a little help please
Go to my computer - control panel - task bar a start menu
Un-check autohide
Check lock
And it should reappear.
(if you're on xp)
Kick it, if that don't work kick the kid it won't fix the computer but you'l feel better 
Have you tried switching it off and on again?
It's windows 7

have tried the other two but still no joy
press F11?
