Hi all, I rode a few miles with this guy yesterday...

He's doing a lone charity ride around the UK coast for the men's mental health charity CALM, and is relying on the kindness and generosity of people on social media for support. He is in Norfolk at the moment working his way down the east coast.
The kind of thing he needs can be as simple as someone to ride with for a few miles, to a hot meal and a bed for the night (especially this week as it's not good weather for a tent). Also having seen his bike it needs a bit of TLC as he has two broken spokes on the front, and the front brake cable is playing up.
