Help fix my Karcher Window Vac

Karcher window vac has packed up and this one managed to survive its warranty period so I'm on my own.

The motor attempts to spin (and does a small amount) but I assume it's gunked up and so resistance cause it to cut out and stop (green light flashing on handle). I've got it in pieces so can see this happening. From the stampings, the motor is this one:

So, anyway to free up the existing motor? Or am I looking at a replacement motor?

Thanks

Edit I've not taken mine apart.has it got a blow capacitor has it that testing the moter is easy if it's 2/24 volts

Fan comes off the motor easy enough. Can't see a blown capacitor. Circuit board looks pretty clean.

Where would I get a replacement motor from? Google doesn't give me any results for the model number.

Good because my post made no sense. I cannot imagine much circuit board on them tactile button and over charging protection. But you can rule those out if it's charging/turning on.

Yep, I can literally see the motor start turning and then stop. Its pretty tight to turn by hand so must be gunked up. So either needs cleaning or replacing.

Thanks Papa... Yes that's where I started but it wasn't enough the resuscitate it.

Hence being in many more pieces on my desk but I've got it going again. Cleaned the motor with a cloth, blew air in there and power cycled it a few times and it sprung into life.

Will see how long it lasts but have found some RC vids about cleaning DC motors which I'll try next. Couldn't find an obvious replacement on maplins, rscomponents or eBay at first glance.
