Though spectacular organisational incompetence I have arrange to erect the beer and admin marquees today which coincides with my helpers either being at Brighton Big Dog or unavoidably detained with family stuff.
This means me, my wife and daughter will be constructing two 20 foot square commercial marquees on our own.
