Picked up a discarded copy on the train yesterday, just to while away the time really... read about an interesting sounding 'interactive theatre' performance currently on in London town, but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it and Google isn't throwing up anything useful...

I think the performance/show was in the theatre review section, it's a show that uses around 200 actors to create different scenarios that you move through as a single audience member? The reviewer mentions things like sliding down a garbage chute and preaching a sermon to a congregation?

Can anyone help? cheers 🙂

wouldn't be surprised if it's the current shunt show, on in the london bridge area. stab in the dark but definitely very good and previous ones had an air of interactivity.

in fact, having now read your 2nd para, i would put a bet on it being that.

yeah punchdrunk is probably more likely - from what you've described the shunt show is on a smaller scale than that.

this is it, anyway: Shunt Money

Punchdrunk is looking like the right sort of thing, but I don't think they have a show on at the moment?

My daughter went last week. She loved it, according to MrsBigJohn who spoke to her yesterday. We had listened to a thing on it on "Front Row" Radio4 last week, which is still on iPlayer until this evening. Here's the link http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00sx18r#p008qh21
