I've just had a log cabin installed as a home office/ trainer room. For those winter months, whats the best way of heating it?
Its well insulated, 44mm timber walls, double skin floor and ceiling with 50mm of kingspan in each, plus double glazed windows and doors, the cabin is 4x3m
Oil filled rads on timer or smart socket

As you know Steve I have a somewhat larger log cabin unit 10x5 meters of the same construction. I have found a 2Kw fan heater with thermostat is best for quick heat. I don't have constant heat in there just when I need it.

You know me then Grum 😉
He's just got more bikes than me 🤣🤣
Oil rad on a timer it is then 👌🏼
How well will that insulation keep it cool in summer?
£600 is the starting point for a heat pump that will use less power to keep it warm, but also let you keep it cool on the hot days too.
