I've had a couple of ear infections recently and I'm pretty sure it's down to running with headphones and wearing headphones in bed when I go to sleep. Both of which create a lot of moisture in my ears.

Any suggestions for headphones that let plenty of air into the ears to keep them dry.

Sound quality not important, 'escape' of the sound also not important. (Whatever they are will be better than my phone speaker, which is my current choice.)

Plus one for bone conduction.  Added advantage of hearing traffic etc, if needed...

Thanks both. Bought some, tried them, exactly what I needed.

If anyone else is pondering the same question. Audio is pretty poor and even quite quiet back ground noise totally drowns the sound out, but they do keep your ears well ventilated, so if you suspect headphone use in contributing to ear infections etc, these are deffo a solution.

I'm a happy customer.

Yeah the aftershokz I use are OK for my commute but sound quality is terrible. Accept this as would rather be able to hear traffic behind me. Better for pod casts rather than music / radio.

For off road rides I use the anker soundbuds which for £20 are bloomin awesome.
