I was totally unaware that this was 'a thing' until last night. They seem to have all the right ingredients - good chance of making them DIY, can save you money/energy AND you get food at the end (ideally). What's not to like?!
Anyone got/use one?

Seems like for the cooking you'd do in haybox you could just bring food to temperature then pour it into a flask instead
