Cherry Jaffa Cakes?

Surely that contravenes the Geneva Convention as a minimum?

When you can't prefix the word 'Quavers' with 'Cheesy', then as far as I'm concerned that should be defined as a crime against humanity.

Why would you do this?

WHY?!!

Salt and Vinegar

Once you taste these all other crisps will become boring, tasteless nonsense in comparison.

Those are my absolute favourite. They are lush.

There's a packet of Brannigans Roast Beef and Mustard on it's way round to kick your head in.

Prawn cocktail quavers are immense, I'm allergic to prawns and everytime I eat a packet my tongue tingles and then swells up. Despite the chances of dying from anaphylaxis I still fully intend to eat the 6 pack i bought yesterday

I'll see your Brannigans and raise you these...

These would give the Brannigans a wedgie and nick their dinner money, no problem.

@fasthaggis - Where the hell can I buy those egg and chips crisps? I need to try those

Is there really 🍤 in prawn cocktail crisps? Presume it was just chemical flavouring?
Anyway those egg and chips sound great. Gonna have to get some of those!

I think we should all take a moment of quiet reflection at this sad news.

Binners, there's a farm shop near where I work that sells them.
They do actually taste like egg'n'chips
I was tempted to send a packet in to RadMac for their crisps on the radio 🙂

Almost. I bought them anyway, because I like Quavers and Skips. The texture of Skips is better though.

Cherry Jaffa cakes are well nice. These on the other hand are pure ming!

The pineapple option always seem to be reduced in price, unlike the other gimmicky flavours, which suggests the public agrees with you. We've had 3 boxes now though... and another coming... so nice.

I didnt expect there to be any actual prawn in the prawn cocktail crisps, it doesnt say there is on the ingredients, just the none specific "prawn cocktail flavouring". I'm fine with prawn crackers normally so I think there may be a teeny amount in the quavers

I've not checked the ingredients for these, but I'm reasonable sure one of them is Crack.

I've become temporarily Catholic though and given up crisps until Easter

I've not tried those, so thats another one to add to 'zee list'. Got these the other day, with fairly low expectations, and they're actually really good

I'd eat those if they weren't cheesy.

I'm disappointed that the Cornettos were seemingly Wall's trolling.

I still can't work out how to post pics on this bloody forum, but I'll end the thread here anyway.

Walkers Sensations Lime and Coriander Chutney mini poppadoms.

If you are going to try them just be aware that you may end up selling your family into slavery and selling your own body to feed the habit.

Like crack, but more addictive.

Wow, what a flashback. Saturday mornings walking up to Babbacombe with Dad, I'd always grab a bag of these with pocket money and then munch in the afternoon whilst trying to load something onto the Spectrum and hoping it didn't crash. (this was more like 30 years ago though!)

Cheers for that memory. Crowdfund the return of Phileas Fogg snacks anyone?

Those Jalapeno & Cheese Max crisps are horrible, not a good combination. I'm devastated that Brannigans are no longer available, I used to love them but they never seemed to be widely available (no wonder sales were low).

The Jalapeno and Cheese Max crisps are a bit more fiery than I expected.

Marmite on or in anything is just wrong. It is the skid mark from The Devil's under crackers.

Jaffa Cakes are orange only. Surely cherry ones should be called Cherry Cakes, but I think that has been trademarked by a Porn Star.

Those Co-op Salt and Vinegar crips - but not the 40g bags - they do a 150g bag and I tend to horse that in 1 sitting - get about 3/4 way through and lose all feeling in tongue and by end of bag my mouth hurts...but they are so moreish!!!

Those Co-op Salt and Vinegar crips

YES! (And also to the other person that mentioned them first)

I consider myself a bit of a Salt'n'Vinegar connoisseur and those are my favourite. In fact, I think I've got some downstairs that I'm gonna devour now.

Wasabi peas are also great.

Hush.

I know Jeff too, actually. Well, I used to, probably well over 20 years since I last saw him. He buggered off to Sweden because, erm, they have different laws than the UK.

I really liked the Jalapeno and Cheese Max - then I read the packet and discovered that they weren't suitable for vegetarians 😢. Almost reconsidered my dietary choices.
