Interestingly, or not, it's a MIDI file, so it's wholly dependent on your sound card's capabilities as to what it sounds like to you.
As MIDI is intended to be hooked up to an external keyboard, I had a dig to see if anyone's done so with this. And they have. Compare and contrast to what you just heard.
